TARRICK LOVE | Co-Owner/General Contractor/SALES

Since forming Hart-Love Builders in 2006 with his wife/business partner Tanisha Hart-Love, Tarrick has served as licensed General Contractor and developer for numerous new builds, renovations and additions. No project is ever the same, but Tarrick has always managed to treat each project with the same attention and professionalism needed to make each project a success.

ORLANDO WALLS | Project Assistant

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Orlando brings an extensive skills set to the Hart-Love Builders Team. Responsible for assisting Hart-Love’s licensed General Contractor with daily project management tasks, Orlando has a keen eye for detail and is a key communicator who works closely with Hart-Love clients, subs and suppliers.

Tanisha HART-LOVE | Co-owner/General Counsel/Real Estate Agent

Tanisha Hart-Love holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in English with a concentration on writing from The University of Tennessee as well as a law degree (J.D.) from The University of Tennessee College of Law and is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee. In addition to serving as General Counsel for HL, Tanisha is a REALTOR and uses her real estate license to find and procure property for the company and its clients’ developments.

Fascinated with architecture and construction early in life, Dawn’s eye for design has always been more than a career goal, it’s always been her passion.
